Proposes to construct an attached 2 story  garage with a  possible 10 x 10  bumpout near a wetland.

735 Boston Post Rd. East - Route 20 Marlborough Properties
Proposes to relocate a 24 ft. wide access road between two retail centers with new curbing and drainage within 100 ft. of a wetland.  (Between Home Depot and Staples)

7:10            Amend Order of Conditions DEP 212-964 – Berlin Farm Estates (between 226 & 238 Berlin Rd.)                      Proposal is to modify the original design of the detention basin.  (Continuation of Public Hearing)

Proposes to build 11 single family house lots along the subdivision road within  Bette Davis Estates, off of Farm Rd.  Separate hearings will be held for each of these lots as follows:
